General Practitioner – Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Practitioner to join our dynamic, patient-focused clinic in Belconnen, ACT. As a GP at GP Belconnen, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive, compassionate care and contributing to the ongoing success and development of the practice.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care services to patients across all age groups. This role offers flexibility, professional support, and the opportunity to work in a well-established and forward-thinking clinic.

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centred medical care
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
• Develop and implement individualised management plans in partnership with patients
• Refer patients to specialists and allied health providers when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical education
• Contribute to the growth, quality improvement, and culture of the practice

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA as a General Practitioner
• Sponsorship available for candidates requiring Australian work rights
• Provisional registration accepted
• Supervision available for non-VR doctors
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in general practice or primary care
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using electronic medical record systems
• A collaborative, patient-focused approach to care
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
